Investment Banking Associate - Industrials New York, United States of AmericaEssential Functions/Responsibility Statements:

• Provides support to senior bankers.
• Develop client presentation materials, including all background research, analysis and drafting.
• Familiarity with financial models and other financial analysis.
• Performing detailed valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analysis.
• Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations.
• Adheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies.   • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA (Preferred). Work Experience:
    • 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ years with an MBA in Industrials Investment Banking. Skills and Abilities:
      • Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products, with a preference to experience in Industrials.
      • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
