A company is looking for a Lead Software Development Engineer - Testing (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies and test plans
Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and mentorship while managing defect tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality and reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Over 6 to 10 years of comprehensive job-related experience
Strong expertise in test automation tools and frameworks
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#
Experience with CI/CD tools and processes
