Key Responsibilities:
--- - Represent clients in insurance defense matters
--- - Manage and litigate cases from inception through resolution, including pre-trial, discovery, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial.
--- - Provide legal analysis and strategic advice to clients on risk management and compliance matters.
--- - Draft, review, and file legal documents such as complaints, answers, motions, and discovery responses.
--- - Work closely with insurance adjusters, risk managers, expert witnesses, and other stakeholders to develop defense strategies.
--- - Maintain and manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
--- - Stay current on developments in insurance defense and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active bar membership in NY; NJ bar, a plus.
Minimum of [2] years of experience in insurance defense
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Proven track record in managing complex litigation and successfully representing clients in construction-related legal matters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high-volume caseload.
