Robert Executive Search helps companies build superior leadership
teams, focusing on C-level and VP-level roles. An executive search
firm operates on an exclusive, client-centered basis and works on a
limited number of search assignments at a time to ensure a speedy
delivery process while maintaining a high level of quality.This
role will be remote.Responsibilities:
- Selling our Executive Search products.
- Manage and close inbound leads.
- Actively prospecting via cold-calls.
- CRM proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility
into an accurate pipeline.
- Manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle.
- Work closely with prospective clients to understand their
business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to
meet their needs.
- Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an
individual and within a team environment.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue
targets.Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Bachelor Degree (or equivalent).
- Proven success in developing new business and managing complex
sales cycles.
- Can work independently and manage time, whether in our office
or remotely.
- Have a process-driven sales approach and proficiency in using
CRM tools to manage leads.
- Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market
relationships/accounts.
- A strong understanding of Executive Search products is
preferred.
- Strong cold calling skills; you should be comfortable calling
directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for
our products and services.
- Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a
fast-paced environment.
- You have a proven track history of establishing successful and
results-oriented client relationships.
- Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written
communication skills.QualificationsBachelor Degree (or
