Adecco Creative is assisting well-known Educational Publisher in New York with their search for an Online Merchandising Coordinator. This is a long-term temp to hire job opportunity. If you meet the job qualifications listed below, please apply now!

Responsibilities for the Online Merchandising Coordinator include but are not limited to the following:

-Implement changes based on direction from online managers for collection, grade and genre pages across Parent and Teacher sites.

-Assist in tracking and updating site assets based on various campaigns and offers.

-QA and monitor Teacher and Parent sites to ensure consistent functionality and content.

-Execute and suggest changes in site navigation, page formatting and merchandising.

-Work closely with manager to QA, create links for, and update digital magazine formats

-Manage calendars for various online offers, campaigns and initiatives to ensure timely delivery of assets and page updates.

-Assist with all Back to School merchandising responsibilities and execute page updates prior to launch.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

-Proven experience administering/maintaining web content and production/design via a content management system.

-Experience with website design concepts and graphics.

-Experience with Endeca Pagebuilder content manager system preferred.

-Knowledge of basic HTML programming. CSS, Java, SQL and .net experience a plus.

-Excellent communicator. You are concise, accurate, and effective. You have excellent oral, written, and editing skills.
